🐾 How to set boundaries and ask for help
🐾 Emotional regulation tools to feel calmer and more in control
When someone has been bullied, people can feel scary. But dogs?
Dogs feel safe.
Our four-legged friends help:
✅ Reduce anxiety and social stress
✅ Build trust and emotional connection
✅ Provide comfort without judgment
✅ Offer a gentle, grounding presence during vulnerable conversations
Our bullying support and resilience building programs are ideal for:
🐶 Children struggling with schoolyard bullying or exclusion
🐶 Teens navigating social pressure, cyberbullying or peer conflict
🐶 Adults dealing with workplace bullying or toxic relationships
🐶 Neurodivergent individuals who are often misunderstood or isolated
Resilience isn’t about “toughening up” or pretending everything’s fine.
It’s about learning how to bounce back from hurt… stronger, wiser and more connected to who you really are.
We help participants:
✨ Rebuild belief in themselves
✨ Learn emotional regulation tools for big feelings
✨ Recognise their strengths and develop coping strategies
✨ Develop social confidence and communication skills
Q: What age groups do you work with?
We support kids, teens and adults. Sessions are personalised and age-appropriate, with different approaches for different stages of life.
Not unless they want to. We never force emotional sharing. Many participants begin by just spending quiet time with the dog… healing begins with feeling safe.
Q: Can this service be covered by NDIS?
Yes. Many of our clients use NDIS funding under Capacity Building, Social & Community Participation or Improved Daily Living.
Healing from bullying isn’t about pretending it didn’t happen… it’s about remembering who you are, learning new skills and building back stronger.
