Bullying Support & Resilience Building

Helping Kids, Teens & Adults Rise Strong… With Heart and Paws by Their Side

Bullying can leave deep emotional wounds. Whether it happens in the classroom, online, at work or in social groups… it can shake a person’s confidence, trust and sense of self.

Our bullying support and resilience building sessions are designed to gently restore what bullying takes away:

🌱 Confidence

🌱 Emotional safety

🌱 Self-worth

🌱 Connection

And we do it with the steady, comforting presence of our emotional support dogs… who bring calm, connection and unconditional acceptance to every session.

A Safe Place to Heal and Grow

We provide a calm, non-judgemental space for people of all ages to explore:

🐾 What happened, how it felt and what it triggered

🐾 How to express emotions in a healthy, safe way

🐾 Skills to navigate tricky social situations

🐾 Ways to rebuild self-confidence and feel strong again

🐾 How to set boundaries and ask for help

🐾 Emotional regulation tools to feel calmer and more in control

Our approach is gentle, empowering and never rushed. We support each person at their own pace, using canine-assisted learning to create real change that lasts.

Why Emotional Support Dogs?

When someone has been bullied, people can feel scary. But dogs?

Dogs feel safe.

Our four-legged friends help:

✅ Reduce anxiety and social stress

✅ Build trust and emotional connection

✅ Provide comfort without judgment

✅ Offer a gentle, grounding presence during vulnerable conversations

For many children and teens, a dog becomes their first safe “friend” again after being hurt by others.

✨ Recognise their strengths and develop coping strategies

✨ Develop social confidence and communication skills

FAQs

Q: What age groups do you work with?

We support kids, teens and adults. Sessions are personalised and age-appropriate, with different approaches for different stages of life.

Q: Does the participant need to talk about the bullying?

Not unless they want to. We never force emotional sharing. Many participants begin by just spending quiet time with the dog… healing begins with feeling safe.

Q: Can this service be covered by NDIS?

Yes. Many of our clients use NDIS funding under Capacity Building, Social & Community Participation or Improved Daily Living.

Q: Can you run these programs in schools?

Absolutely. We offer school-based bullying resilience sessions and workshops. Get in touch to discuss options for your classroom or group.

Let’s Rebuild What Bullying Tried to Break

Healing from bullying isn’t about pretending it didn’t happen… it’s about remembering who you are, learning new skills and building back stronger.

And sometimes, all it takes to begin… is a safe space, a kind voice, and a dog who sees your worth.
